How to Punch and other forms
of striking
Suitable for anyone, non-martial artists, those who
study martial arts, women, and men.
Most men and women do not have the upper body strength
to knock an attacker out. However a properly placed strike can stop an
attacker in their tracks. Additionally, if done properly, it can also
help prevent injury to yourself.
This class will focus on the mechanics and locations
of striking.
A good class for women in our Personal Safety Classes.
Not intended for anyone under
18 years old. (call before
registering a minor).
